Promoting Jake Paul boxing signs a fighter for life

Amanda Serrano, whose fight against Katie Taylor at the AT&T stadium in November was one for the ages, signed a life agreement with Jake Paul’s most precious promotions, the brand announced on Tuesday.

The Serrano-Taylor fight, which titled Madison Square Garden almost three years ago, was the main co-event with the fight of Eight rounds of Paul against Mike Tyson, who had his first fight sanctioned in almost 20 years.

“The signing of this life agreement with MVP means that I can continue to fight – not only in the ring, but for the next generation of women in combat sports,” Serrano said in a statement.

In an interview with PK Press Club Digital in February 2024, Serrano said that joining Paul’s brand was “the best decision I made in boxing”.

“It has completely changed my life,” she said at the time. “Jake brings eyes to sport, and I was delighted to be part of it and to be the first girl of his sub-bar.

“They definitely added more zeros to my bank account,” she added, laughing. “So I’m really blessed for that.”

Serrano lost against Taylor via a controversial unanimous decision; Taylor won in 2022 with split dashboards. However, they have collected more than 70 million viewers on Netflix, the most in the history of boxing women. Two of Serrano’s three defeats came from Taylor, who is 24-1 in his career.

Serrano was bloodied in the fight after an apparent whim of Taylor, which cost him a point in the eighth round.

The 36 -year -old woman has 47 victories on her CV, including 31 via KO.
