On Wednesday, the High Court of Lahore (LHC) summoned the president of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to appear in person on September 15 on Wednesday as well as the complete file in an outrage in court.
A bench of two members led by the chief judge heard the petition deposited by lawyer Ahsan Abid.
The petitioner argued that Khusro Bakhtiar and Hashim Jawan Bakht had raised illegal assets, and despite the filing of a request to NAB for an investigation, the office did not act. He argued that the NAB had not eliminated the complaint despite the clear instructions of the court, equivalent to the court to the court.
