Lahore: the official anthem of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2025, entitled “X Dekho”, was finally published, prepared the field for another fascinating cricket season.
The anthem presents an electrifying range of artists, including the musical sensation Punjabi Abrar-Ul-Haq, making its debut for the PSL.
Renowned singer and composer Ali Zafar, the powerful voice of Natasha Baig – who also sings PSL’s anthem, is the powerful voice of Natasha Baig – who also sings PSL’s hymn and Talha Anjum’s dynamic rap style.
The anthem captures the energy, the excitement and the passion for the renowned event of Pakistan, reflecting the unbreakable link between cricket, music and fans.
In a press release, PSL CEO Salman Naseer said: “This year’s hymn vision is to celebrate an important step – ten years of PSL.
“The anthem is thus named X Dekho, representing the pride of achievements and obstacles overcome by the HBL PSL in the last decade.”
He added: “The four artists from different backgrounds, genres and vocal ranges reflect the diversity of Pakistan’s talent. This year, the idea was to create a fresh, but familiar song and resonates through fans around the world.”
The 10th edition of the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) is expected to start on Friday April 11, with the title champions Islamabad United confronted twice the winners Lahore Qalandars at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
A total of 34 games will be played between six teams from April 11 to May 18. The Gaddafi stadium of Lahore will host 13 games, including the two playoffs and the grand finale.
In addition, an exhibition match should take place in Peshawar between the hosts, Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators, with the date to be announced after being envisaged on April 8.
The Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium will host 11 games, including the first qualifier on May 13, while the Karachi National Bank stadium and the Multan Cricket Stadium each host five games.
The tournament will also set off three double heads, with two planned for Saturday and one day of work (May 1).
