Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka, judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka, canceled the decision of a trial court to appoint a state lawyer in a vandalism case against PTI workers.
While announcing the verdict reserved on the appeal of the PTI, the court accepted the appeal in the FIR n ° 977 of the Ramna police station and declared the decision of the court of first instance to appoint the lawyer of the zero state and not avenu.
The case was recorded against PTI workers as part of a party demonstration on November 26, 2024.
During a previous hearing, the court of first instance of the judicial magistrate Ahmed Shehzad Gondal had appointed the state lawyer for the accused.
