PTI Exemption from the President’s Subsidies

Islamabad:

The judicial magistrate Shahzad Khan approved on Tuesday a request for an exemption for the president of PTI, lawyer Gohar Khan, in a case linked to the violation of article 144.

During the hearing of a case filed against the leaders of the PTI, Barrister Gohar Khan submitted a request for exemption from the appearance before the court, granted by the court.

The procedure was postponed without any progress on the arguments of the defendants for the acquittal.

The lawyer Gohar Khan and others face two separate cases recorded at the Islamabad I-9 police station. However, the court postponed the hearing until March 3 for other arguments.
