Lahore:
The PTI Punjab PTi Pti Puti organizer Aliya Hamza Malik announced on Friday that the party had prepared a “black and white list” of the legislators according to their position and their participation alongside the public on February 8.
She said that those who stood with the people, as well as those who remained absent, would soon be reported to the founder of PTI, Imran Khan.
“I assure our workers that no sacrifice will go to vain. The list of MNA and MPA – those who were with their people on February 8 and those who were not – were finalized. Very soon, this list will be in the hands of Khan Sahib,” said Aliya.
She said that the PTI Punjab had been resolved against the “fascist forces” and praised party workers, saying that they had even exceeded their leadership in resilience.
“Punjab is fully ready to resist tyranny. Our workers lead from the front, they are ahead of their leaders. In fact, I learn from them; they guide me,” she added.
Earlier this month, PTI commemorated the first anniversary of the general elections of February 8 with a public rally in Swabi, demanding the release of Imran Khan and the restoration of its “stolen mandate”.
Meanwhile, before the planned protest of the PTI against the presumed rigging in the 2024 elections, the interior service of Punjab imposed article 144 through the province, prohibiting political rallies, gatherings, sit-ins and other related activities.
