PTI to plan the strategy for the protest of August 5

Peshawar:

Pakistan Tehreek-e-insaf (PTI) summoned an advisory meeting in Peshawar on Thursday to develop a strategy to make a success of the next event for the publication of the party founder.

According to PTI sources, the meeting was called by the central management of the PTI who will be assisted by the president of the PTI Barrister Gohar, the secretary general Salman Akram Raja, Junaid Akbar, Omar Ayub and other leaders. The meeting will examine in detail all aspects of the next protest.

According to sources, the meeting will decide to stage a march on Islamabad or to hold demonstrations at the provincial level. PTI management will also discuss other possible protest options.

PTI sources have said that several party leaders are not in favor of walking on Islamabad. The head of the opposition to the National Assembly Omar Ayub, told the media that protest plans would be finalized soon, with all the decisions to be made at the meeting scheduled for July 31.

Party leaders themselves will announce the mode of protest. It has not yet been decided if the demonstration will be held in Islamabad or at the district level.

It should be noted that after a series of failed demonstrations, the founder of the PTI once again decided to demonstrate the power of the street to campaign for the rule of law and the publication of imprisoned party leaders and workers. However, the party seems to be divided on key political issues, with dissident voices overflowing more and more in public.

Given the situation, a declaration of the founder incarcerated by PTI, Imran Khan, appeared in the media, ordering each member of his party to immediately put all internal differences and to focus solely on the party’s protest movement on August 5, for which no significant momentum is under construction “.

According to sources, the central management of the party has given new instructions to all provincial leaders and organizational units to ensure strong participation in the demonstration on August 5. It has been decided that each ticket to lord will lead a protest demonstration in their respective constituency and will hold a rally.

Speaking to the media, the sister of the founder of the PTI, Aleema Khanum, expressed his confidence on Saturday that the public will go down the streets on August 5 to launch a mass movement.

Aleema said that the judicial orders were flouted with impunity and that the judicial system, as well as the judges, had been rendered.

“This is precisely why the founder of the PTI asked workers, managers and supporters to start a movement,” she said.

She said that people in power were afraid of the movement, adding that Imran Khan had urged the public to defend their rights.

“There is selective justice for PTI workers, they are punished,” said Aleema. “There is clearly someone who is afraid, and my lawyers advised me to request a release under bond before the arrest.”

She said: “The party must finalize a plan and people have to go down the street by themselves.”
