Queen Camilla awkwardly dodges questions about Jeffrey Epstein

Queen Camilla refuses to comment on Andrew and Epstein

Queen Camilla declined to comment when asked if she had a message for Jeffrey Epstein’s victims.

On Wednesday January 4, King Charles’ wife was arriving at Christ Church Primary School in Camden to officially open the first Coronation Library when she was questioned by journalists. Upon entering the building, Camilla was asked: “Will the royal family lead the investigation into Epstein?” followed by: “Do you have a message for Epstein’s victims, Your Majesty?” She did not respond and continued with her engagement, according to GB News.

The Queen Consort’s silence comes as new scrutiny surrounds former Prince Andrew’s past association with the convicted sex offender, following the publication of recently leaked documents linked to Epstein.

However, earlier in the week, another member of the royal family directly addressed the issue. Prince Edward has become the first member of the royal family to publicly comment on the fallout from the Epstein files.

Talk to CNN Eleni Gioko, at the World Government Summit in Dubai, the Duke of Edinburgh highlighted areas where focus needs to remain. “I think it’s really important to always remember the victims and know who the victims are in all of this,” he said.

The newly released documents have once again drawn Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor and his ex-wife Sarah Ferguson into the wider controversy surrounding the convicted pedophile.

Andrew and Fergie have always denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein.
