Queen Camilla breaks silence with powerful video after Kate’s emotional update

King Charles III’s office sprang into action shortly after Princess Kate’s heartfelt message, releasing an update on Queen Camilla’s latest outing.

Camilla, 78, as patron of the National Literacy Trust, opened a new library at Christ Church CE Primary School in London.

The palace posted the video on the royal family’s official Instagram account on Wednesday, showing the queen spending time with children.

The video was accompanied by a statement: “This brand new library, which houses over 500 books, is the 2,000th to be opened as part of the Libraries for Primary Initiative. »

He adds: “From the Famous Five to the Tiger coming for tea, it was wonderful to hear pupils and teachers share their favorite stories.”

The Queen’s video comes minutes after Catherine posted a personal message about the “fear and exhaustion” of battling cancer.

In her message for World Cancer Day, The Princess of Wales said: “On World Cancer Day, my thoughts are with everyone facing a cancer diagnosis, undergoing treatment or seeking their path to recovery.

“Cancer touches so many lives. Not just the patients, but the families, friends and caregivers who walk alongside them.”

Her message continues: “As anyone who has been through this journey knows, it is not linear. There are moments of fear and exhaustion. But also moments of strength, kindness and deep connection.”

She continued: “Today is a reminder of the importance of care, understanding and hope. Know that you are not alone.”
