Rains, Thundershower expected from June 13

Islamabad:

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has planned a period of dust storms and rain reprimands with occasional gaps in the upper and central parts of the country from June 13 to 16.

Dominant severe heat conditions are likely to calm down during this period.

According to the Met Office, wet currents are currently entering the country’s upper parts, while a West wave was also likely to approach the region on June 13.

Under the influence of these meteorological systems, dust storms and rain forces, accompanied by isolated hailstorms, are expected in cashmere, Gilgit-Baltistan, Murrier, Galliyat, Chitral, Dir, Swat, Malakand, Manshra, Battagram, Shangla, Kohistan, and Abbottabad de June 13-16 with Oocd Gaps.

Duststorm and Thunder-Rand are also expected in all districts in southern Punjab and Sindh higher during the same period.

The PMD warned that wind storms, dust thunderstorms, hailstorms and lightning can cause damage to the loose structure.
