Rice Robotics, the company behind the Rice IA platform, said that it would start selling its rice token on August 5 via Tokenfi Launchpad.
Rice will feed a decentralized data market for Robots fueled by AI, which is part of a wider effort to tokensine robotics data and set up decentralized physical infrastructure, or aid, said the company based in Hong Kong in a press release.
The presale of $ 750,000 represents 10% of the total offer of 1 billion tokens, with an assessment of $ 7.5 million. The launch partners include BNB Chain, DWF Labs and Floki, a same ecosystem with more than 700,000 carriers and its own tokenization platform, Tokenfi.
Rice Robotics is known for its indoor autonomous delivery robots, which are deployed at the Tokyo headquarters in Softbank, the Tokyo Midtown Yaesu property in Mitsui Fudosan and the Japan 7-Eleven stores, where they integrate into the 7-Maintant delivery application.
The company is part of the NVIDIA creation program and was selected for MVB season 10, an accelerator co-organized by BNB Chain, Coinmarketcap Labs and Yzilabs.
In April, Rice Robotics and Floki announced the introduction of the Floki brand minibot M1, a consumption robot powered by the AI that operates on the Rice IA platform.
800 minibot units sold in a 24 -hour presale held in May, Coindesk reported. The owners will be eligible for a drop in rice to the generation of tokens.
The token will underpin the foundry of decentralized robotics of Rice, where companies and individuals can provide real robotics data and receive token rewards. These data are sold to companies or laboratories requiring specialized training sets.
The internal foundation models formed on this data will be offered on a subscription basis, with reductions for payments in rice. The token will also serve as an image of governance and will incorporate a deflationary mechanism via token burns funded by platform costs.
Earlier this year, the company raised $ 7 million in pre-series investors, including the Entrepreneurs Fund Alibaba, Soul Capital, Auacy Ventures, Sun Hung Kai & Co., and Cyberport HK.
