The LAPD confirmed in a statement released Monday, Dec. 15, that Nick, who had struggled with drug addiction and homelessness, was “responsible” for his parents’ deaths.
Although authorities have not released further details, a law enforcement source told The Associated Press that the couple reportedly suffered violent stabbings and were found with their throats slashed Sunday evening.
