Rod Stewart canceled and postponed several American concerts in June due to a persistent flu, raising doubts about its planned appearance in Glastonbury later this month.
In an Instagram declaration shared on Saturday, June 7, the 80 -year -old rock legend announced that he would cancel four programs and report two others across Nevada and California, citing the doctor’s orders for prolonged rest.
Regarding this, Stewart wrote: “I am devastated and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience towards my fans. I will soon be back on stage.”
The canceled dates include June 7, 8 and 10 at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas and June 14 at the Amphitheater of Lake Tahoe.
In addition, his show of June 12 in Rancho Mirage was reprogrammed for September 20, while his show on June 15 in Paso Robles is moved to September 21.
