Ancient Louisville basketball Star Russ Smith was arrested for suspicion of driving driving in Kentucky during the weekend, according to online archives.
Smith, a member of the team who won 2013 Ncaa The title which was then canceled due to violations of the rules was arrested just after midnight on Sunday and accused of driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.

THE Louisville Courier Journal said the police noted that Smith’s vehicle was driving on several lanes, including a pedestrian crossing, and that vehicle labels were expired.

According to the report, the agents detected a “strong smell of alcoholic beverages” on Smith’s breath during traffic stop.
Smith would have failed a sobriety test on the ground and had a blood alcohol content of 0.073. The Louisville Courier Journal reported that the law of Kentucky allows the drivers of tank greater than 0.04, but less than 0.08 could still be billed on the basis of other evidence.
