The order prohibits athletes from receiving payment payments to third party sources. However, the order does not impose any restriction on Nile Payments to university athletes by third party sources.

“I think that the executive order of President Trump takes a huge step in the supply of the educational model, which we have always tried to promote to create opportunities for players, men and women, income and non-become, so that they can have development as people, students and develop careers and develop professionally if that’s what they choose to do,” Fox “Fox & Friends”

“I think we have to somehow make a relative decision here so that we want to have a model-based model, which I think the president has taken a big step towards this, or do we want universities to sponsor professional teams? And I think most people would choose the first.”

The order stipulates that “any sharing of authorized income between universities and collegial athletes must be implemented in a manner that protects female and non-revenue sports”.

“Order requires preservation and, as far as possible, the expansion of the opportunities for scholarships and collegial sports competition in female and non-revenue sports.”

No clear directive on how these sports would be recorded were provided in the initial announcement. However, Saban seemed confident that university sports are safe.

“I think that the compensation house is there to authenticate the name, image and resemblance. In other words, is your marketing value in relation to what you are paid to do a marketing opportunity? When you cross this line, this is when it becomes payment for the game,” he said. “So you have collectives that collect funds that pay players, and they really do not do a relative marketing work to earn this money, and this is where all this has somehow obtained aside. I think that all this compensation house is there to protect the collective affecting the competitive balance in university sports.”

“I am to keep all the sports that we have as much as possible, but there are financial concerns in relation to the number of sports that you can promote that do not create income,” added Saban. “I think that one of the things that people must understand about university sports, they say it is a business, but it is really not a business. It is a income production, and two sports have created income to have 20 other sports. And I think that is why it is important that we have a system in place. I think that President Trump has made the first step … who protects everyone to keep everything that is to provide Women’s sports.
