- The binders announce the integration of advanced project management directly into its CRM
- The objective is to simplify project management, to optimize the efficiency of the team, and more
- The company has new project management levels for newcomers
The binders, one of the best CRM suppliers, announced the integration of advanced project management tools in its CRM platform. With this last addition, the company aims to help companies experience rationalized workflows, better resource allocation and optimize income monitoring.
In a press release shared with Techradar Yesterday, the binders explained how project management tools allow companies to simplify the management of projects and tasks (things such as budget allocation, monitoring of efforts or monitoring of progress), optimize efficiency of the team (by visualizing the availability of resources and therefore to balancing workloads for maximum productivity) and by improving financial surveillance (by allowing companies to monitor the expected monthly income).
Binders will offer two project management levels for newcomers – Project Management Core and Project Management Pro.
Core will offer features such as the creation and monitoring of tasks, allocation of resources and budget, customizable dashboards and real -time reports.
The professional level will include multi-site management, multi-money documents and improved safety measures.
Take up business challenges
Existing customers will obtain the additional module of advanced projects, which will offer “transparent integration” in current licenses, ensuring that companies can evolve capacities while maintaining profitability.
For Dan Roche, director of marketing at the workbooks, the new offer means “cutting the BS with which customers are faced at the moment”.
“They must manage several disparate suppliers and systems, while generally not seeing the results they want,” he said. “By integrating CRM into advanced project management, we provide a single platform that offers a direct advantage to CEOs, CFOs, COOS and project managers in average service companies.”
Roche says that the first adopters already see “significant trade benefits”, adding that the company notes “a strong interest on the part of other customers and prospects”.
According to data from the company’s website, the binders serve more than 1,400 customers of the intermediate market in 30 different countries. It employs around 80 people and has an annual turnover estimated at $ 11.3 million.

The CRM days have been used for a long time to store the contact details and follow the offers. Although this is certainly a crucial part of what makes an excellent CRM, we now see the expansion of CRM capacities to support several processes between companies.
I was fortunate to get an overview of the project management tools during a customer event last year. Speaking of users, I found that the general consensus is that it will be a welcome addition, helping them to minimize the time and resources devoted to the management of several commercial tools.
