- The CEO of Salesforce Uki declares that it is time for the “digital work revolution”
- AI agents have started playing an increasingly vital role in companies around the world
- Agentforce can be “the agent layer of your business,” says Salesforce
The next stage in the adoption of companies’ AI will see agents become an essential element of the workforce, regardless of your industry, said the managers of Salesforce.
Speaking during his event Agentforce World Tour London, Zahra Bahrololoumi CBE, CEO of Salesforce Uki, said it was time for the “digital work revolution” while AI agents play a more central role in companies around the world.
“This is a time when we produce our teams and unlock additional capacities with AI agents who work next to us,” she said, “and we need more than ever, because customers expect more.”
Agents AI everywhere
Bahrololoumi highlighted the growing role of AI agents as the next step along a technological route that has seen the companies kiss the Internet, Cloud Computing, and now AI.
Salesforce was able to support its customers during each stage of this trip, she noted, and wants to play a key role in the adoption of AI, a decision which, according to her, is “most likely greater than the arrival of the Internet”.
Today’s consumers and commercial customers want personal and human experiences, proactive planning and more interactive experiences in their business, it has noted: “Customers want this 24/7 – but reality is that many customers have trouble following.”
Instead of having to choose between the quality and the scale, or the burning of human workers, AI agents can play a key role, believes Salesforce.
Bahrololoumi explained that Agentforce can offer “unlimited workforce … Agents with a real agency, they do not only speak, they act and they solve the problems of your customers 24/7.”
“Agentforce is not only a series of tools, it is the agent layer of your business,” she said, “it is time for companies to take advantage of the digital work revolution.”
To safeguard these points of view, Salesforce revealed that its report on digital work trends, which claims that business managers in the UK C-Suite suite think that digital work will provide a 25% increase in productivity.
Research has also revealed that British companies now fully adopt AI agents, with more than three -quarters (78%) of organizations already using AI agents, and 14% providing for technology over the next six months.
“Each board of directors and company must prepare for this organizational transformation, equipping their people for both human and digital workforce,” said Bahrololoumi, “this is the digital work revolution”.
