Salesforce has revealed the next generation of its AI agent platform, promising more visibility and control over your systems in the future.
The company says that Agentforce 3 marks another large step in the field of digital workforce, allowing customers to create and deploy more intelligent and more powerful agents than ever.
The launch includes a new control center tool to provide users with “complete observability” as well as certain major upgrades in terms of model support, and more than 100 new actions in the prefers industry.
Agentforce 3 arrives
“With Agentforce, we have unified agents, data, applications and metadata to create a digital work platform, helping thousands of companies to make the AI agency promise today,” said Adam Evans, EVP & GM of Salesforce AI.
Salesforce claims that its new command center, which is part of Agentforce Studio, will offer much more surveillance in work than their AI agents do daily.
Previously, this included observing technical problems concerning the safety and performance of models – but it will now be widened to cover the health of agents, performance and optimization of results.
This will allow users to monitor and analyze each interaction carried out by an agent, identify trends and prevent problems before occurring, and offer natural language support to generate subjects, instructions and case studies.
It will provide real -time contextual information concerning the work tasks of the specific agent, and can also offer recommendations supplied by AI for adjustments and changes to agents, hope to make them even more effective.
Elsewhere, Agentforce 3 includes integrated management for the model context protocol, offering much greater management for the compatibility of plug-and-play with a wide range of other agents and services without the need for personalized code.
Customers will be able to connect to many third -party tools and resources, including Amazon Web Services, Paypal, Box, Cisco Systems, Google Cloud, IBM, Concept Labs, Stripe, Teradata and Writer.
“In the past few months, we have listened to our customers deeply and continued our rapid pace of technological innovation,” added Evans.
“The result is Agentforce 3, a major jump for our platform which brings greater intelligence, higher performance, and more confidence and responsibility for each deployment of the agent for deployment. Agentforce 3 will redefined how humans and AI agents work together – stimulating productivity levels, efficiency and transformation of companies.”
