Say goodbye to OLED disruptive care guests on monitors – MSI will extend the OLED CARE 2.0 to 24 hour function

  • MSI will extend the refreshments of the panel on its monitors OLED CARE 2.0 at 24 hours instead of 16 hours
  • This will eliminate gameplay disruptions for players
  • This will come into force from May

OLED monitors have gradually become a general public option for many users (especially players) with advanced care technologies designed to help prevent image retention and burning. Fortunately, MSI introduces a new measure to further improve the efficiency of this technology.

As indicated in a press release, MSI will extend its timer OLED CARE 2.0 to 24 hours to prevent the protection of the panels (pixel trips) from activation automatically to stop burning (permanent image retention). Previously, this would occur every 16 hours which would disrupt activities – but now, users will have more flexibility with this function without much disturbances.
