SC Acknowledges the IMNR bailing file until August 12

Islamabad:

The Supreme Court postponed hearings on the bond petitions of the founder of PTI on Tuesday, Imran Khan, until August 12.

A division bench including CJP Yahya Afridi and judge Shafi Siddiqui heard the case. During the hearing, lawyer Salman Akram Raja appeared before the bench and informed the court that his colleague lawyer Salman Safdar had asked for a postponement.

Raja asked the court to reprogram the hearing for the following week and also to issue new opinions.

However, the bench rejected the two requests and postponed the hearing until August 12 on the basis of the adjournment plea pending by Safdar.
