Islamabad:
The Supreme Court ordered the Pakistan Electoral Commission to submit its response in the case concerning an electoral dispute in PB-21.
A bench of three members led by judge Shahid Waheed heard a petition filed by Saleh Bhotani. ECP lawyer Khwaja Haris informed the court that a case linked to the PB-21 is currently in judgment in the electoral court.
Judge Waheed said the questions were separated and ordered the ECP to submit an answer.
The ECP lawyer mentioned that the SC bench had ordered the ECP to decide the case in accordance with the law.
