- The science fiction shooter Metal Eden was revealed
- It has FPS combat and fast parkour
- It should be launched on May 6, 2025
As part of today’s state of play, the developer Reikon Games revealed Metal EdenA new first-person science fiction shooter (FPS) that looks like an incredible mix of Loss And Ghostrunner.
Located in a dark science fiction universe where robots are powered by cybernetic cores that contain digital human souls, you play as an advanced Aska Andoid while it fights to save a lost human colony. Throughout your trip, you will be accompanied by a sensitive spacecraft, Nexus, which gradually reveals more about the world and your goal.
The combat system mixes powerful weapons with the ability to tear enemy energy nuclei and use them to increase your own attacks. This is in addition to a lot of Parkour at the fast rhythm, which sees you dashing, depriving yourself and running the wall of its eight futuristic levels.
You can see the trailer and have an early overview of the game by yourself below.
To watch
All well considered, it looks quite impressive – especially in the visual department. This is definitely a massive step in the previous outing of the studio, Ruinwhich, although very pleasant, had an independent and much more isometric look.
I really want to try Metal Eden When launched for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S on May 6, 2025.
