Sean “Diddy” Suses moves to reverse the condemnation of prostitution

Sean “Diddy” the combs are condemning to be thrown away

Sean “Diddy” Combs returned to the Manhattan Federal Court this week to contest his conviction for accusations of prostitution.

Before the court before judge Arun Subramanian, Combs appeared in a good mood – heading, greeting his lawyers and waving the family in the public.

Each side then had 20 minutes to assert if the conviction of July 2 should stand.

His lawyers argued that the law of prostitution applies only to pimps, not to customers, and asked the judge to throw the verdict. Prosecutors did not agree, claiming that combat actions were violent even as a passerby.

If the conviction is confirmed, the hip-hop magnate could incur up to 20 years in prison during its conviction on October 3. His team, however, is only 14 months old, which could see him soon released over time served in the middle of the trial.

Subramanian judge did not render an immediate decision, but said that a decision would soon be coming.
