Security forces kill 17 terrorists in Lakki Marwat IBO: ISPR

The security forces killed 17 terrorists belonging to an “Indian proxy group, Fitna Al Khwarij”, in an intelligence -based operation in the District of Lakki Marwat in the night of September 26 and 27, 2025, the military’s media wing said on Saturday.

According to a press release published by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), troops “actually hired Khwarij’s place”, 17 khwarij sponsored by the Indians were sent to hell. Weapons and ammunition was recovered during the operation.

The military said that people killed “had been actively involved in many terrorist activities against the security forces and the organizations responsible for the application of laws, as well as the murder of innocent civilians”.

A disinfection operation is underway to clean up the area of ​​any remaining activist. The security forces reiterated their determination “to eliminate the threat of terrorism sponsored by the country’s India”.

Earlier this week, the security forces killed 13 terrorists involved in many activities, in particular by facilitating a bombardment of suicide, kidnappings and the targeted murder of government officials and civilians, during the same operation at Dera Ismail Khan.

According to inter-service public relations (ISPR), the security forces have launched an operation based on information on the presence of terrorists belonging to the Indian proxy group ‘Fitna al Khwarij’, in the district of Dera Ismail Khan of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.
