Selena Gomez made a major announcement on her birthday.
The singer and actress was 33 years old on July 22, 2025.
To mark his birthday, Gomez, known for defending mental health, shared a photo of herself holding a cake with bright candles on Instagram.
Celebrating the 5th anniversary of the rare impact Fund, which she founded in 2020, Gomez unveiled the rare impact Fund Giving Circle, a new program focused on the community.
In legend, the Who said Singer announced: “5 years ago today – the day of my birthday – we launched the rare impact fund with a simple goal: to help more young people from around the world feel seen, supported and neat. Mental health has always been deeply personal for me, and I wanted to build something that could create a lasting change.”
She then added: “Since then, thanks to your support, we have reached more than 2 million young people and supported 30 incredible organizations around the world.”
“And this is only the beginning. To celebrate this stage (and my birthday), we have just launched the rare circle of donation of impact funds – where people can meet, put their resources and support organizations that change their life,” revealed Gomez.
