Senator Tommy Tuberville, R-ALA., Declared the Democrats who blocked the protection of women and girls in sport last week.
Tuberville presented the bill in the Senate for the second time after failing to pass it up in 2023, to watch the Democrat minority, the bill with only 45 votes. The 51 Republicans of the majority voted to pass it, but that was not enough.
Tuberville insisted that the Democrats voted against the bill because they “hate this country”, during an interview on “Hot Mic” in Outkick.
“It is a hatred not only of President Trump, but for our country,” replied Tuberville when he was asked if they had voted against the bill just in pure opposition and hatred of President Donald Trump.
“They hate a constitutional republic, they hate the opportunity for people to do what they want to do, they hate freedom of expression and, once again, President Trump upsets all the things that [Democrats] Setting, and it is humiliating to see these people absolutely crush the Democratic Party.

“I hate Democrats across the country that still believe in this country, but the clowns that are here, they make fun of the United States of America. They care about what they can withdraw from what people have.”

A recent New York Times / Ipsos survey Found that the vast majority of Americans, including the majority of Democrats, do not think that transgender athletes should be allowed to compete in female sports.
Of the 2,128 people who participated, 79% said that biological men who identify themselves as women should not be allowed to participate in female sports. Of the 1,025 people who have identified as a democrats or who lean a democrat, 67% said that transgender athletes should not be allowed to compete with women.
Trump reaffirmed his intention to punish the states that continue to allow Trans athletes to compete with girls at the address of Tuesday evening to a joint congress session.
The White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt insisted that Trump “will not back down” as these states go.
“The president is committed to ensuring that states are held responsible if they continue to allow men in female sports, which, according to him, is a blatant violation of taxpayers. And, therefore, this fight continues, and the president does not retreat,” said Leavitt.
“This is a common sense policy. Eighty percent of the American people, including more than 60% of the Democrats, do not want men in female sports.”
