- ServiceNow will offer 40 to 70% reduction on software for the US government
- Its AI platform promises 30% better efficiency between workflows
- The White House already uses ServiceNow tools
ServiceNOW has joined the list of technological companies offering the US government discounts on its software to support federal savings and land at the same time.
An announcement of the General Services Administration (GSA) noted an increase in efficacy of Workflow from up to 30% have been promised via the AI ServiceNow platform, but federal discounts should be even greater.
The Cloud Computing company offers up to 70% reduction on improvements to a new Pro and Pro Plus Bundle Pro and Pro Plus pack, or up to 40% reduction on an autonomous version of ITMM PRO.
GSA secures even more software discounts
The acting administrator of the GSA, Michael Rigas, praised the discount, who aligned himself with the push of the White House AI: “The Trump administration is committed to taking advantage of the power of the AI to transform government operations and improve citizen services, guaranteeing that we operate with efficiency and agility, while shooting innovative technologies.”
ServiceNow also promised to honor discounts for three years, until September 2028, with an autonomous upgrading option available for one year.
The agreement does not serve as an effort to encourage the US government to migrate, however – AI ServiceNow products already manage more than 200 million government tasks per year.
Analysts also estimate that 10% of servicenow revenues come from the public sector – concluding a larger agreement with the White House could stimulate growth here.
“Our AI platform and solutions will help each federal agency consolidate the past, strengthen security and provide better results for the American people,” added the CEO of ServiceNow, Bill McDermott.
Other short-term discounts in the centralized OneGov Centralized IT system have obtained billions of US government savings, including a recently announced multi-production transaction from Microsoft.
Looking further, we do not know what is happening when the conditions of reduction end – be it renegotiation of discounts or a reversion at higher prices. The skeptics also fear that the huge discounts today can lead to a locking expensive later later.
