Seven terrorists killed in the operations of Di Khan: ISPR

The security forces killed seven activists in two separate operations in the District of Dera Ismail Khan in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, the army media wing said on Sunday.

According to a declaration of inter-service public relations (ISPR), the forces carried out an intelligence operation in the Daraban region following militant presence reports.

“During the operation, the security forces actually targeted the hiding place of activists, killing four,” the statement said.

In a second operation in the Madi region, three other activists were killed by security personnel, ISPR added.

Weapons and explosives have been recovered from activists, which would have been involved in multiple terrorist activities in the region.

The security forces continue to sweep the area for any remaining threat, said the ISPR, reaffirming their commitment to eradicate the country’s terrorism.
