Basketball Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal has called fake social media posts he was dragged into involving pop star Sabrina Carpenter a technical foul.
The Los Angeles Lakers legend asked rapper Jim Jones on an episode of “The Big Podcast” if a title he was going to show him was real.
“Shaq exposed for shooting Sabrina Carpenter,” Jones read.

The fake headline then showed the alleged messages exchanged between the two. O’Neal began reading the alleged message he sent to the singer.
“Damn, baby, I’d keep your farts in a cologne bottle and spray them on myself every day,” O’Neal read. “Just jokes. My name is Shaqs. What’s your name baby? And Sabrina says, ‘I know who you are.’ You’re way too famous to send me messages like that. ” Shaq, ‘I can’t be excited and want some of that snow bunny kitten for myself.’ You are rude for no reason. There’s no way you can handle Big Diesel. …”
O’Neal made it clear that he sent no such message to Carpenter or anyone else.
“First of all, ladies, the Diesel has a lot more clearance than that, I’m just saying,” he said.
O’Neal has been open about his love life, particularly the marriages he’s had in the past.

“I had two perfect wives and I ruined everything,” O’Neal said in 2023. “My first was my baby mother, Arnetta, and then I met Shaunie. Shaunie was a perfect woman too, and I ruined everything.
“Yeah, you know, we were young and always did stupid things. But the good thing about our relationship is that they forgave me, and we have a good relationship now. But when you ask me about the perfect woman, I had two perfect women and I ruined everything, just by being stupid, you know.”
O’Neal then offered advice on some of the lessons he has learned throughout his life.
“…The first thing you have to be is honest, honest with yourself and honest with your partner,” he explained. “…I tell my sons all the time, a man has three tasks compared to a woman: Protect, provide and love.
