The temple of renowned basketball Shaquille O’Neal is not satisfied with the current state of NBA basketball.
O’Neal, 53, deplored the way the game had become “sweet”.
“The league becomes sweet, the game becomes soft and it will take a few people to bring it back,” said O’Neal during a recent appearance on “New Heights”.

The 15 times NBA All-Star does not like the trend of centers that draw shots at 3 points and prefer great dominant men in painting.
“Like, I hate the filming of the big guys (3 points). Victor Wembanyama is a great player, but I would just like to see him dominate so much that people are starting to complain, and they change the rules like when I did. I could shoot, but I’m not going to shoot (3 points),” said O’Neal.
“Why should I shoot a (3 points) when I could put your little A – in the basket and soak you on you and put these bullets on the face.”

O’Neal also expressed his disdain for the current NBA All-Star game format.
“Our All-Star NBA format is terrible. I don’t know who is in charge, but it’s terrible,” said O’Neal.
The format of the NBA this season had four different teams in a mini-tournoi written by O’Neal, Charles Barkley and Kenny Smith. The fourth format team was the winner of the Rising Stars challenge.

Over the years, the NBA has tied the format in the hope of obtaining more efforts from the players. Whatever the format, the players did not give 100% efforts during the game and the product decreased.
The NBA commissioner Adam Silver said that next year’s stars match will be USA against World, but he is “not exactly in the format” in a recent appearance on “Breakfast Ball”.
The NBA finals start on Thursday at 8:30 p.m. between Oklahoma City Thunder and the Indiana Pacers.
