The high court of the Sindh approved the request of the judicial magistrate for the exhumation of the body of Mustafa Amir as part of his murder case in Karachi.
The court also ordered the first -rate suspect, Armaghan Qureshi, to be presented tomorrow.
During the hearing on the appeal filed by the Attorney General of Sindh, the court ordered the production of Armaghan at 9:30 am tomorrow and postponed the session.
The High Court of the Sindh also asked for files from the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC). The Attorney General asked for the cancellation of an order rejecting the case against a police team and the authorization of the pre -trial detention of Armaghan.
In the city court, the police submitted an exhumation request to the judicial magistrate, which was granted. The court ordered the formation of a medical council to lead a post-mortem and to collect DNA samples from the remains of Mustafa.
Earlier, the police filed a request for exhumation of the body of Mustafa Amir, declaring that it is essential to carry out a post mortem and DNA analysis.
He had been missing since January 6 and would have been murdered by his childhood friends, who then burned his body with his car.
Other revelations came from Armagan’s friend, Shiraz, who said that Mustafa and Armagan had a dispute on a girl on New Year. Pretexts on January 6, where he violently killed him.
The suspects then transported his body to the trunk of the car in Hub in Balutchistan, where they set fire to the vehicle. The initial surveys indicate that Armaghan and Shiraz were responsible for burning the car and having the body.
Meanwhile, the police recovered modern weapons from the suspect’s residence, and the service to fight terrorism was responsible for regaining their origin.
The stroke police also asked for assistance from the FIA to analyze data from a laptop entered in the Armaghan bungalow.
In addition, a worrying audio recording has surfaced, said Mustafa’s last one, in which he told a friend that he was heading for Aragan’s house and suggests that his friend should join him after finishing his work.
This recording raised important questions on the police investigation, as it suggests that Mustafa’s friend could have known about his last spell, but did not inform the authorities for more than a month.
