The high court of the Sindh ordered that the advocacy advocacy of SAHUR HASSAN, the son of renowned actor SAJID HASSAN, is returned to a regular bench for new procedures.
According to reports, the constitutional bench of the High Court of the Sindh heard the accused’s surety, who is currently in detention in a case of drug possession.
The court observed that the case falls under the jurisdiction of the regular court and should therefore be presented before a regular bench.
The court postponed the hearing and asked the bench concerned to resolve the case within 14 days. The petitioner’s lawyer argued that the accused is in prison under pre -trial detention and was accused of possession of drugs.
Police say that Sahir Hassan was arrested on February 22 of phase 6 of Defense Housing Authority (DHA), Karachi, and that five cannabis packages have been recovered from his possession.
The court also ordered that all necessary measures be taken to ensure rapid procedure in the case. The final decision on the request for release under bond will be taken by the regular bench.
Previously, Sahir Hassan told investigators that his knowledge, Armaghan, had raised significant wealth thanks to fraudulent activities.
He allegedly alleged that Armaghan engaged in scams of the call center targeting the pension funds of the elderly abroad, by siphoning large sums of money under the cover of companies.
Hassan also revealed that Armaghan had used these illicit funds to buy luxury cars, goods, weapons and even exotic animals.
Earlier, Pakistani television host Nadia Khan firmly criticized Sahir Hassan, the son of veteran actor Sajid Hassan, following his confession of involvement in drug trafficking.
Speaking on her talk show, Nadia Khan condemned her actions and qualified her declaration as “hypocrite”. “He says he doesn’t want his own children to consume drugs, but are not ashamed of selling others to children? These are pure standard doubles,” she said.
Nadia Khan added that the case had rocked the nation. “Parents and children in Pakistan are disrupted. It is not only an incident – it is part of a deeply disturbing scheme, and the son of Sajid Hassan is now part. ”
