The space research committee and the increase in the atmosphere (Suparco) issued a forecast for the observation of the Zilqad Moon in Pakistan.
Suparco has announced that the birth of the new moon for Zilqad 1446 Hijri is expected at 12:31 p.m. on the night of April 28, 2025, Express News reported.
At sunset on April 28, the age of the new moon will be around 6 p.m. and 51 minutes.
In the coastal areas of the country, the interval between sunset and the Monset should last 53 minutes, which will provide favorable conditions to observe the new moon.
Based on astronomical parameters, the new zilqad moon is likely to be visible on the evening of April 28, 2025, under clear weather conditions. Consequently, the first of Zilqad should fall on April 29, 2025.
