Islamabad:
PML-Q president, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, said that real world peace is inaccessible without resolving long-standing conflicts such as cashmere. He underlined the need for sincere and serious efforts to ensure sustainable regional stability.
He specifically called the United States, saying that if the international community is really attached to world peace, it should not ignore lasting disputes such as cashmere and must prioritize their resolution.
He appreciated the president’s interest in the ceasefire of Pakistan-India and expressed his hope that President Trump would show the same gravity by taking practical and priority measures towards a lasting solution to the question of cashmere.
