Dubai: Pakistan’s high -level striker Sidra Amin was reprimanded by the International Cricket Council (ICC) for breaking his conduct code during the Women’s Match of the Cricket World Cup against India.
According to the Cricket Apex organization, the right -handed striker violated article 2.2 of the ICC code of conduct, which relates to “the abuse of the equipment or cricket clothing, equipment or accessories on the ground and accessories during an international match”.
The incident occurred at the penultimate delivery of the 40th at the time when Sidra was captured in Square-Leg by the captain of India Harmanpreet Kaur off Sneh Rana.

Consequently, a demerit point was added to the disciplinary file of the Order of the higher order. It was Sidra’s first offense during the 24 -month period.

His dismissal finally led to the fact that Pakistan was completed for a meager 159 in 43 Overs and therefore underwent an exhausting defeat of 88 points in their second match of the Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025.
