We finally have new information on Silent Hill F, Konami’s last entry into the legendary series of psychological horror.
For the first time since its announcement in October 2022, Silent Hill F obtained more details via a dedicated silent transmission showcase. We have received a new trailer of three and a half minutes for the coming game, alongside details on its setting, its history and the artists involved in the life of its world.
Silent Hill F The fictitious Japanese city of Ebisugaoka takes place in the 1960s. The framework, as detailed in the transmission diffusion, is greatly inspired by the Gifu prefecture of Kanayama, and we see several photos of comparison of the world juxtaposed against its real inspiration.

Silent Hill F’s The protagonist is Shimizu Hinako, an apparently ordinary teenager who witnesses her hometown dripping in a strange fog. Pulled in this distorted version of her city, she will have to fight terrifying monsters, solve puzzles and make crucial decisions to survive. The summary of the story concludes by declaring Silent Hill F is ultimately “a story about a beautiful but terrifying choice”.
Developed by Neobards Entertainment, who previously worked as a support studio for Capcom resident Evil series, Silent Hill F Also has catchy talents attached to it. The story of the game was written by Ryukichi07, author of the legendary visual series of horror Higurashi when they cry.
In addition, the design of the creature and the characters is managed by Kera, a striking visual artist who has already worked on Square Enix titles, in particular Lord of Vermillion and the Romantic saga series. The composer of the renowned series Akira Yamaka should also contribute to music to Silent Hill f.
The premise of a silent Hill The game takes place in Japan is, I think, an incredibly convincing game. When leaving the trailer, the tone greatly reminds me of the Siren Series of horror games. I am extremely curious to find out more about this “beautiful but terrifying choice” that the game will make us do, and its theme of finding the beauty in terror – and vice versa – has the potential of being infinitely interesting.
