SMLR adds 455 BTC to the balance sheet

The medical equipment company Semler Scientific (SMLR) announced its third bitcoin

Purchase since the adoption of a Bitcoin standard about a year ago.

The company within ten days ending on May 22 acquired 455 BTC for $ 50 million, with an average of $ 109,801 per Bitcoin. This acquisition, funded by the market equity supply program (ATM), bears total assets to sow 4,264 BTC, purchased for $ 390 million and currently estimated at more than $ 450 million.

To date, the company has issued 3,003,488 shares as part of its $ 1500 million ATM program on April 15, by collecting $ 114.8 million.
