The prices of certain upgrade packs of Nintendo Switch 2 Edition were finally revealed, ending part of the confusion surrounding these paid improvements.
Nintendo has now confirmed, via its American and British online stores that the Nintendo Switch 2 Edition upgrade packs for both Zelda’s legend: Breath of the Wild And Zelda’s legend: Kingdom tears will cost $ 9.99 / £ 7.99 each.
These two upgrade packs will also be included in the Nintendo Switch Online + Extension Pack subscription level at no additional cost. Nintendo also revealed that the “selected upgrade packs” will be presented on the service, which implies that it will not be all.
Elsewhere, Nintendo UK has confirmed upgrade packs for Nintendo Switch 2 editions Super Mario Party Jamboree + TV jamvee And Kirby and the Forgotten Earth World + Stars will cost £ 16.99 each. Nintendo has not yet officially revealed prices for these upgrades, but – as Nintendo Life – Best Buy pointed out listed them at $ 19.99 each.
There is a good chance that these two games have more expensive upgrades due to both with significant content extensions. While the Zelda Games seem to be performance improvements only, hence the cost reduced here.
