Chase Stegall, member of the male football team at DEPAUL and son of former Nfl Milton Stegall player was found dead in his dormitory on the school campus on Monday morning, according to reports and school officials. He was 20 years old.
Vice-president and director of athletics Dewayne Perevy and head coach Mark Plotkin published a statement confirming the news of Stegall on Monday afternoon.

“We have a heart broken by the unexpected loss of Chase Stegall, a precious member of our community, a devoted teammate and friendly,” started the declaration.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Chase, friends, teammates and all those who loved it. In the coming days, we will support the family and teammates of Chase through this devastating period. Its loss will be deeply felt in all our family of athletics and the university family and its memory will always be part of DEPAUL.”

The newspaper managed by students, DEPAULIA, Tuesday that Stegall passed “in his residence on the Lincoln Park campus of the University”. The cause of death has not been revealed.

Chase is the son of old Bengals of Cincinnati The Large Milton Stegall receiver, who played three seasons in the NFL before appearing to be an outside competition in the Canadian Football League for 14 years.

Milt Stegall was an All-Star of Nine Time CFL and established several records, including most of the career affected and the record of hit in a single season.
Chase Stegall was a second year student at DEPAUL University. He appeared in 16 games last season, scoring his only goal of the season against Drake. He recorded almost 400 minutes on the soccer Field this year after seeing a game action for its first year.
