Islamabad:
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has created a unit facilitation cell (OLFC) abroad in an important stage aimed at helping Pakistanis to live abroad to continue their legal affairs before the country’s high level court.
According to an official declaration, the Pakistanis abroad will now be able to approach the facilitation cell thanks to a dedicated WhatsApp number (+ 92-326-444244) and the portal of online complaints of the court.
The court said that only cases relating to the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court will be registered with the facilitation cell. Each individual living abroad will be considered a litigant abroad as part of this initiative.
