An important development emerged in the reference of 190 million pounds sterling pending before the High Court of Islamabad while Nab appointed Javed Arshad Advocate as a special prosecutor.
The High Court of Islamabad (IHC) will hear the calls and requests for the suspension of the sentence deposited by PTI Patron-in-Chief Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi on Friday (tomorrow).
According to a notification issued by the acting prosecutor Muhammad Akbar Tarar with the approval of the President of the NAB, Arshad will represent the NAB in calls and questioning issues.
The acting chief judge Sardar Sarfaraz Dogar and judge Muhammad Asif will preside over the hearing.
Imran, who received a 14 -year -old prison sentence, and Bushra Bibi, who was sentenced to seven years old, asked the court to suspend their sorrows and release them on bail.
