A Phoenix sports point of sale “made the decision to separate” with his main writer Phoenix Suns following a series of messages on X on the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Kirk was assassinated Wednesday at the University of Utah Valley, and Gerald Bourget suggested that he “refused to cry” his death.
“” Political differences “are not the same as to spit hate rhetoric daily, and refuse to cry a life devoted to this cause is not the same as the celebration of armed violence. Just we are 100% clear on this subject,” said Bourget.

Bourget also said that Kirk’s murder was the “Saint Grail des Ironies”, referring to Kirk’s position on the second amendment. He also called Kirk as “Bigot” who “spreads genocidal propaganda”.
“If you are saddened by today’s” political violence “, horrified by the video, or repelled by my answer, ask yourself why your reaction was different with regard to school shots, mass deportations or hundreds of horrible murders’ videos in Gaza (which Kirk applauded).

The point of sale announced its decision on Thursday.

We have approached this question with the individual and made the decision to separate.”

Carolina Panthers personnel was also dismissed for similar comments shared online.
Police confirmed on Friday That a suspect in Kirk’s murder was arrested. He was identified as Tyler Robinson, a 22 -year -old Utah resident. Utah governor Spencer Cox said that Robinson’s family member contacted a family friend who then contacted the Washington County Sheriff’s office “with information that Robinson had confessed to them or hinted that he had committed the incident.”
