Summit of Japanese climbers 6,080 m high Hasho Peak II

Japanese rock climbers Yudai Suzuki, Genki Narumi and Hiroki Yamamoto managed to summarize Hasho Peak II (also known as Irford Peak, 6,080 m) in the Karakoram range of Pakistan.

When they arrived at the Alpine Club of Pakistan (ACP), Karrar Haidri, ACP vice-president, welcomed the team, congratulated them for their summit and discussed future collaboration opportunities.

The climbers shared that it was a wonderful experience to climb peaks in Karakoram and congratulate the unique mountain landscapes of Pakistan.

Genki Narumi, an IFMGA certified mountain guide, expressed his commitment to cooperate with ACP to help form mountain guides in Pakistan.

On behalf of President ACP, IRFAN Arshad Khan, a commemorative shield was presented to the Japanese team as a sign of appreciation for their successful expedition and their visit to Pakistan.
