Islamabad:
Pakistani mountaineer Sajid Ali Sadpara managed to summarize 8,167 meters high Dhaulagiri, the 7th highest world mountain, without additional oxygen, said the Alpine Club of Pakistan (ACP) on Sunday.
According to the secretary of the ACP, Karrar Haidri, this extraordinary achievement was made possible with the support of seven Treks Summit Nepal and Sabroso Pakistan, with technical climbing equipment spurred by Kilas. “It’s a proud and historic moment for Pakistan and the world mountaineering community,” he added.
In February 2021, Sajid’s father Muhammad Ali Sadpara disappeared when he was trying to summarize the K2.
