Islamabad:
On Friday, a constitutional bench of five members of the Supreme Court postponed the hearing of intra-loud calls against the taxation of super taxes to Eid.
During the hearing, Makhdomo Ali Khan, the lawyer for various companies, argued that it was not a tax but costs, adding that the taxation of social protection taxes was a provincial affair.
At the start of the hearing, Makhdomo Ali Khan expressed condolences on the death of the former Minister of Law Khalid Anwar. Later, the case of the case was postponed until April 7.
