Sydney Sweeney reveals a shocking preparation for the role of boxer in “Christy”

Sydney Sweeney made 35 pounds after three implacable months of training for his representation of boxers in his new film.

In a recent conversation during a question / answer session at the Hamptons International Film Festival, Sydney, on Sunday, the actress shared information on her diet and her exercise for her role as boxer Christy Martin in the biopic Christy.

“Each morning, I trained for an hour, then I was going to be boxing for three hours, then another hour of bodybuilding at night. I did it every day for three months, with a nutritionist, so eating a bunch of food and shakes and protein supplements”, shared Sweeney.

THE Euphoria Star revealed that Martin was also “involved” when making biopic.

She continued saying: “She became my best friend. Having her was a really powerful experience.”

“I have never had the person I portray looks at me. You never really know what they think. But as I went right, I just wanted it there all the time because I was able to study and listen to it and have their thoughts and opinions when I needed”, the Echo Valley Shared actress.

“I try to get lost completely for a role, so I try not to carry any of my own things in their life. But I learned from Christy so much that I applied to me,” concluded Sweeney.
