Sylvester Stallone has once again stunned fans with his age-defying strength and discipline.
THE Rocky The legend took to Instagram on Jan. 18 to share rare footage from inside the gym of his Palm Beach mansion with his more than 37 million social media followers.
Stallone, who will celebrate his 80th birthday on July 6, showed off his tattooed biceps while working out in the private fitness space of the $35.3 million property.
In the clip, he admitted that maintaining his physique had become more difficult over time.
“Every year it gets harder and harder, but that’s why you have to push harder and harder. Blood, sweat and tears,” he wrote in the caption.
Stallone described his gym as both a “sanctuary” and a “church.”
He emphasized that this is where he continues to strive to improve.
“You feel better physically, so you have the strength to achieve your goals by being confident and ready to take on any challenge,” he explained in the selfie video.
He added with a smile: “You want to keep hitting. See you soon.”
The three-time Oscar nominee has long credited his longevity in Hollywood to his relentless workout regimen.
