Taylor Swift once said there would be no explanation, only her reputation, and she seems true to her word as fans think the pop superstar is going out Reputation (Taylor version).
The 35-year-old singer left her fans in shock by making new changes to her 2017 album, without prior announcement.
Several Swifties took to social media and shared their confusion over her new song lyrics, I did something wrong And Delicate on Apple Music after the Dolby Atmos sound update.
While Swift sang, “But if he drops my name, then I don’t owe him anything / And if he spends my change, then he got it,” on I did something wrongthe lyrics are now: “If a man talks shit, then I owe him nothing / And if he calls me bi–h, then he got it.” ยป
While Delicate went from “Oh, damn, I’ve never seen that color blue” to “Damn, I’ve never seen that color blue.”
The change in lyrics took the internet by storm, with Swifties also noticing a subtle change in the vocals, leading them to speculate whether the Grammy winner is sharing a sneak peek of the re-recorded version.
The theory wouldn’t be far-fetched but actually very close to Swift, as she did during the album’s initial release in 2017. She shared many cryptic messages before the release, then eventually revealed the cover and release date.
