Taylor Swift is back in the spotlight after releasing the music video for her song Opaliteand fans are already immersed in theory mode.
The 36-year-old singer released the highly anticipated video for her hit this weekend and it took no time to grab the world’s attention thanks to her playful idea and familiar faces.
The music video is inspired by Swift’s appearance on The Graham Norton Show and also features surprise cameos that left fans in a total frenzy.
The video featured big stars like Cillian Murphy, Domhnall Gleeson, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner Smith, Lewis Capaldi and Graham Norton himself.
Swift shared that the idea started right on the show, sharing, “When we were all talking on the show, Domhnall made a light-hearted joke about wanting to be in one of my music videos.”
THE Ophelia’s destiny hitmaker then invited the other guests to join in, making it a fun comeback project complete with strong 1990s feels.
Although the video itself has gone viral, fans are now focusing on the details since Swift is known for hiding clues beneath the details and many also believe that Opalite I got some clues about his next music video thanks to his hit The life of a showgirl.
All the Lover Fans of the hitmaker have spotted a Faith vinyl and George Michael posters, which they believe are a reference to the song Father Figure.
Additionally, Taylor has previously spoken about George Michael’s influence on the track and even credited him as a co-writer.
