The classic revenge of Cotton Bowl 2025 had the same result.

But Texas entered Ohio Stadium as a n ° 1 team of the country – and did not look like it at all.

Texas crossed the midfielder in an effort to start a return, and Manning was bailed out when what looked like an intercepted was deemed an incomplete pass after the exam. They entered inside the red zone, but a 4th and 3 passed into the goal area fell on the lawn. It was the third consecutive fourth bass that was not converted after obtaining their first afternoon.
In despair mode, the Longhorns went up again, and Manning finally found the goal area, hitting Parker Livingstone for a 32 yard score with 3:28 to do.
Texas has forced another three and out and recovered the ball at their own 15 with 2:26 to go. During their second game, Manning launched a perfect pass of 30 yards, but they could not get another first.
Manning went 17 for 30 for 170 yards by the pass, but 132 of them came to the fourth quarter only. It was the first start on Manning’s road in his career, and it was certainly a difficult task against what could be the best defense of the country.
During his first game as a starter, Sayin went 13 for 20 for 126 yards.
The most difficult test for buckeyes is perhaps in books, and they will have some updates against Grammbling State and Ohio University for the next two Saturdays.

Texas will probably return to their usual winning manners – they welcome San Jose State, Utep and Sam Houston State the next three weeks.
But for the two teams, this Saturday will make them mind for perhaps the rest of the season – and the playoffs.
